About Me

My journey into holistic nutrition began with my own health challenges, which led me to explore a more connected and comprehensive view of wellbeing.Several years ago, I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s, an autoimmune condition that affects the thyroid and can impact energy, metabolism, and overall wellbeing. This experience invited me to look beyond surface-level solutions and understand how deeply nutrition, nervous system balance, emotional wellbeing, and lifestyle are intertwined.What started as a personal search for answers gradually became a true passion. Through study, self-exploration, and professional training, I discovered how powerful conscious nourishment and gentle lifestyle shifts can be for supporting energy, clarity, and overall balance.Today, my work is not about quick fixes or rigid diets.
